Which postcodes do you deliver to?
We’re currently offering delivery to the London and Greater London areas listed below:

N2, N3, N6, N8, N10, N11, N13, N14, NW3
N21, N22, EN1, EN2, EN10, EN11, E4, IG10

How long does delivery take?
You’ll need to order at least 48 hours in advance.  Delivery slots for your area will be shown at the checkout.

Why can't I see a delivery slot for my area?
We can only take a limited number of orders for each delivery slot, so we will close them once they are full. 

What happens if I’m not in?
Our deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm. We will leave your order either in your specified safe place or on your doorstep, and ring the bell to let you know it's there.

Do you offer contact free delivery for people who are self isolating?
Yes, all deliveries are contact free.

Can I choose what’s in my box?
This isn't possible at the moment unfortunately.

Why didn't I receive a particular item in my box?
In order to bring you the freshest fruit and vegetables from our producers at the best possible price the box contents may vary slightly each week. If we're not able to include something we will always substitute with produce of the same value.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free to all the areas we cover.
